hello i need help for my kids xmas called to sign up with salvation army in plano tx had a appoinment and was told to be there at 2pm and win called to make sure of what to bring was told i had no appt.and then found my name but it was for 10am not 2 pm so a mis understanding but then asked can i come now it was around 12 noon and she said ill take name and number and have the main person call u back waited all day no return my call so the next day tried agian and was told it was over as of yestrday so i lost on that deal no help or not even a call back to try an work with me that really buged me but no were i live theres no help and i need it my kids are age 8 boy and 6 girl there like most kid they just want to think santa came with gifts so plz if can help i would be thankful u can contact me @ solicous@gmail.com thanks
